Life skills have been defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as “abilities for adaptive and positive behaviour that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life”.
We want to equip students to be able to face challenges and take responsibility of their actions and life skills classes are the help we offer. Assuming that the training on life skills will help students to take informed decision in various situations, we make them aware of the 10 main life skills and issues associated with them.
These classes are held once in a week.
